We started Siddhant Logistics in 2005 from a small office in Andheri East, with a single rider, a printer, and a simple belief: people in Mumbai shouldn’t have to navigate a maze of carriers, paperwork, and surprise charges every time they want to send something to family or clients abroad.
In the early days, our customers were neighbours and word-of-mouth referrals from Andheri. Over time, that circle expanded — Dombivali aunties sending homemade namkeen to sons in Dubai, Kalyan students shipping degree certificates to universities in Canada, small e-commerce sellers from Thane shipping orders to buyers in the UK. Every parcel taught us something new.
Today, we ship to 200+ countries and territories, run free door pickup across the entire KDMC, TMC, and Mumbai region, and deal with everything from a single document to bulk monthly shipments for businesses. The office is still in Andheri. The team is still small. And the same numbers — 9320642999, 9766235491, 8080950216 — still ring directly to people who know your name.
We’re not the largest logistics company in Mumbai. We don’t want to be. We want to be the one your neighbour recommends because we picked up her parcel on Sunday morning when nobody else would.
