Q4.What items can I send abroad?
We ship clothes (sarees, garments), food (dry snacks, sweets, pickle, dry fruits, grocery), kitchen items (utensils, plastic goods), documents, electronics, medicines (with prescription), and gifts. Restricted items like oils, liquids, chemicals, and DG/Non-DG goods are subject to carrier approval per shipment.
Q5.What items are NOT allowed?
Most countries restrict alcohol, certain meats, controlled medicines, weapons, lithium batteries above limits, and currency. The UK is strict about meat products; Dubai has alcohol restrictions; the USA limits some agricultural items. Ask us before packing — we save you the trouble of repacking later.
Q6.How do I track my shipment?
We send you an AWB (Air Waybill) number via WhatsApp when your parcel is booked. Visit siddhantlogistics.in/track and enter the AWB — you'll see a live timeline showing Booked → Picked Up → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
Q7.Do you handle customs paperwork?
Yes — customs paperwork is included in the price. We handle the export declaration, recipient details, contents declaration, and carrier handoff. You only provide your Aadhaar/Passport copy and the recipient's details.
Q8.What carriers do you partner with?
We forward shipments through DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, BlueDart, and Aramex depending on the destination and service speed. For some shipments our tracking page links directly to the carrier's own tracking page.
Q9.Do you offer insurance?
Insurance is available for high-value items. We recommend it for shipments above ₹25,000 value. Mention it when booking and we'll add the insurance fee to the quote.
Q10.Can I send medicines abroad?
Yes, with a valid prescription copy. We ship to UK, USA, Canada, Dubai, and most countries. A few specific medicines (controlled substances) can't enter UAE or other countries — check with us before packing.
