How to Track Your International Courier Shipment Online

You Got an AWB Number — Now What?

When we book your parcel, we send you something called an AWB number on WhatsApp. It usually looks like SL2024051001 — starts with "SL" and then some digits. Think of this as your parcel's passport. With it, you can see exactly where your shipment is at any given moment, anywhere in the world.

The Easy Way to Check

Three steps, that's really it:

1. Open our tracking page

On your phone or laptop, go to siddhantlogistics.in/track. You can also tap "Track Parcel" from the home page. Bookmark it if you check often.

2. Type in your AWB

The easiest way is to copy-paste it from the WhatsApp message we sent. If you're typing it manually, double-check each digit — even one wrong character and the system won't find your parcel.

3. See where your parcel is right now

You get a clean timeline showing every stage:

  • Booked — we have your parcel, paperwork done
  • Picked Up — collected from your door
  • In Transit — moving through the airline or customs
  • Out for Delivery — the local courier in the destination country has it on a truck
  • Delivered — handed to the recipient

Each stage shows the date, time, and where the update came from. So you'll know your parcel cleared Heathrow customs at 6am London time, or that it's currently sitting at the Dubai sorting facility waiting for the morning truck.

If Your Parcel Went Via DHL, UPS, DPD, BlueDart, or FedEx

For some destinations we route through partner carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, BlueDart, or Aramex for the international leg. In those cases, our tracking page shows a "Track on DHL" (or whichever carrier) button right there. One tap takes you to the carrier's own tracking view, which usually has even more granular updates — like which warehouse the parcel passed through at what time.

When the Timeline Goes Quiet

Sometimes you'll see a gap of a day or even two between updates. Don't panic. This usually means the parcel is mid-flight, sitting in customs clearance, or moving between two sorting hubs. International parcels typically take 3 to 10 days and not every step is captured online.

If three full days pass with no movement at all — then yes, ping us. We can call the airline or partner carrier directly and find out what's happening.

The Simplest Backup: Just Ask
